Being late diagnosed AuDHD, autistic and ADHD, I have had to learn with two types of neurodivergence on top of my OCD. I wrote this poem about one of my main difficulties balancing the hyperfocus of autism with the distraction and lack of executive functioning which is part of ADHD.
