Workshops & Training

Workshops, such as creative writing, poetry and neurodiversity training, include the following topics:

  • Poetry for Mental Health

This is an interactive and inspiring workshop where you will learn to let go and express your deepest feelings to create a poem that reaches the soul. Through prompts and meditation, you will reach deep to retrieve memories to make your stories, followed by an opportunity to share with the group. You will also be shown some performance techniques, and ways to express your views.

  • Creativity from Neurodiversity

We are all neuro diverse, some of us are neuro divergent. Learn how to use your unique mind and experiences to create words and pictures that will make a difference, either to your own wellbeing or to those around you, or both. Together, we will unpick memories and emotions and transform them into powerful messages. Learn how to transform your messages, poems, creative writing and art to reach others in your own unique way.

  • Express Yourself through Poetry

Do you struggle sometimes to put your thoughts into words? Maybe you feel that you can’t communicate effectively through activism and so you suffer with your mental health? This workshop will help you to express your feelings in a way that resonates. Everyone has a story to tell. There will be the opportunity to share your work.
